Omega Alpha Canada

New customers must fill out a credit application form if credit terms are desired, otherwise all orders must be paid in full for delivery. We reserve the right to issue, restrict or deny credit terms at our discretion.
Omega Alpha Canada will perform a credit check and set a credit limit for each customer with account credit terms.

Prices and discounts are determined by Omega Alpha Canada according to market conditions and availability of raw ingredients. All customers will receive our list pricing current at time of order. Any discounts will be applied according to the Volume Discount Program or to any Special Promotion in effect at time of placing order. No discounts will be applied after the expiry date of any Special Promotion.
The company reserves the right to issue or rescind any price or discount at any time. Although we reserve the right to change prices without notice at any time, customers in good standing will receive at least 30 days’ notice of any change in pricing structure.

Omega Alpha focuses on supporting our Retailer network to sell and market the Omega Alpha line of products to maintain a consistent profit margin. Omega Alpha has an established Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy that an Authorized Retailer must follow for the advertising and marketing of Omega Alpha products. All Omega Alpha Authorized Retailers must agree to the terms and conditions of the following MAP Policy.

Omega Alpha MAP Policy Guidelines

MAP pricing for all Omega Alpha products may be found on your current price list. All advertised prices must be at or above MAP for all Omega Alpha products. Retailers are free to set the actual resale price of any product as long as it is at or above the MAP price given on the most recent publication of the price list.

Online Sales Of Omega Alpha Products

Omega Alpha supports online sales of the Omega Alpha products, only if they are posted on the Authorized Retailer’s company website, which is owned and operated by the Retailer’s company. Advertising of the Omega Alpha products is not permitted on any third party internet sites.

Failure to Comply with the MAP Policy

At the sole discretion of Omega Alpha, failure to comply with MAP, intentional and/or repeated failure to abide, may result in the immediate loss of Authorized Retailer status and your ability to purchase and resell the Omega Alpha line of products.

Unless previous credit arrangements have been determined, all orders are C.O.D. Credit terms for eligible customers are Net 30 Days.
Payments may be made by cash, cheque, and money order, VISA or MasterCard.
Any cheques returned NSF (Non-Sufficient Funds) will have an NSF charge of $25. added to the account for each instance.
Overdue accounts (any amounts past 30 days) may be subject to late payment charges of 24% annually (calculated at 2% monthly) on unpaid balances.
Accounts which are overdue 90 days, or who issue 2 or more NSF cheques will have all credit privileges rescinded and will become C.O.D. accounts. At our discretion, credit may again be offered once all overdue balances are paid. Accounts past 90 days may also be turned over to our collection agency.

All orders will be shipped F.O.B. our location. Orders over $200 (before applicable taxes) will be shipped for free via ground (CanPar or Canada Post). Orders under $200 will be subject to a minimum $15 shipping charge.
A customer may request their own carrier, or shipment via air express, but will pay all shipping charges regardless of the amount or dollar value of the order.
Any damages in shipment must be reported within 5 days of receipt for exchange or credit.

Returns and refunds are at the discretion of the Sales and Accounting Departments.
No cash refund will be issued but Omega Alpha Canada will exchange any returned item(s) for products of a comparable value, or issue a credit memo.
Expired products may not be returned for refund.
